Maybe he made a mistake? It really doesn't justify barking orders. Try being appreciative that there are people who take the time to upload things, which some people like yourself take for granted.
Also, why not open your profile for comments? Almost all the bossiest people I've come across on here do so behind the shield of a private profile. I suppose it's easier to be a jerk without reading any replies from people.
